If you are looking to work in the Hospitality Industry then this course is for you. Whether you are looking to work in a bar, nightclub or a restaurant this course is required for anybody who serves alcohol on licensed premises

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises within Queensland.

The course takes approximately 3.5- 4.5 hours and upon completion of the course your trainer will present you with an accredited certificate 

The Responsible Service of Alcohol Course will cover the following topics:

• Identifying customers to whom service may be refused

• Risk assessment

• Assisting alcohol affected customers

• Assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits

• Giving accurate information to customers about alcoholic beverage types, strengths and standard drinks

• Alcohol percentages of a range of frequently served drinks

• Assessing intoxication levels

• Security; staff training

• Noise.

Classes are held Monday Mornings in the Traveltown Building. Level 3 Office C12 19-21 Lake St Cairns

Time 8:30-1:00

Cost:  $85.00 per person
